Lesson and Workshop Policies

LESSON/WORKSHOP SIGN UP

Once the workshop schedule is posted, students should sign up for workshops as far in advance as possible to ensure a spot in the class. There are many classes that fill up almost immediately. In the event that a class cancellation is made by the Studio for any reason, the students enrolled will be refunded the full amount of the class if they have paid ahead of time or the student may decide to use the payment as credit at the studio and transfer it to another class.

Cancel/Transfer

Canceling or Transferring a Lesson or Workshop Reservation (by student): Lesson and workshop reservations may be canceled and a refund will be given in the form of a class credit for the total amount of the class if the cancellation is made at least 5 calendar days from the class start date (not including class start date).   However, if a cancellation is made less than 5 days from the scheduled class we will do everything we can to try and fill your spot in the class so that your payment can be credited to a future class, however we cannot guarantee this with a late cancellation.

Payment

Payments can be made via email through Venmo or PayPal or you can pay in person with cash or check.

 Studio Policies

Little Bird Studio is located in a residential area so we ask that you be considerate of the folks that live in the neighborhood.

Be kind, be respectful, and have fun!

Covid Policies

Throughout the pandemic, Little Bird Studio has been holding lessons via Zoom for the safety of both teacher and students. Lessons are still currently being held mostly virtually, but you may inquire about in-person sessions starting in spring 2021. Students and teacher much wear a mask for the full duration of the lesson and the student will wash hands first thing upon entering the studio. Tools, surfaces, and machines will be cleaned after every lesson.
