Come learn to make this super cute “Star Baby” Montessori toy! Lot’s of hand sewing, a little bit of machine work - this project is super cute, fun, and satisfying! A perfect gift too!

All supplies will be provided and are included in the class fee. All the materials are 100% natural fibers. You must purchase the pattern in advance, but you don’t need to print it out for class (I’ll have everything all set for you!). This is mainly to support the pattern creator as well as provide you with the pattern and instructions for making more dolls at home! :D Please purchase the pattern here.

Though it’s helpful to have some hand sewing experience, it is not necessary - we will go over all of the basics. This project is beginner-friendly, though a bit on the trickier side due to the small size…but if you’re at all interested and excited about this project, I’d say give it a shot! It’s a fun way to practice your hand sewing skills. We will also be doing some machine sewing, but if you’re new to the machine, absolutely no worries - Sophie will help you out! :)

This class is on November 21st from 10am - 2pm. We will take a short break at 12 for lunch!

Things happen and sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable. Please contact Sophie as soon as you know you need to cancel so that plans can be made to reschedule. For pre-paid workshops, cancellations are only accepted up to a week before the scheduled workshop and you will be refunded in full. Any later than that and only 50% will be refunded with the remainder going towards class costs (time and supplies), unless we are able to fill your spot with someone else. Please don’t come to class sick - we will work with you to reschedule! Thanks so much!
